Roelof Vogelzang has a lot of management experience (see also the resume) which he can use in various ways in organizations.

Being a consultant he managed many projects both from Ernst & Young MC (nowadays EY) as from his own company. Mostly these were ICT projects, but regularly projects expanded to other business areas.

Managing ICT in a large car leasing company has many challenges. While ‘the administration’ must always be available and correct, contacts with customers and drivers and digital transactions with suppliers require continuous optimisations. It is impossible to keep everybody satisfied at all times, it is important to maintain the overview and make necessary choices.

Many years of involvement at an automotive industry association gave a new dimension to management. An industry organisation differs from a company. Many, different interests require continuously balancing. Analytical and diplomatic skills are very important.
